Nearly 10 years ago, I moved to NYC with a friend and ended up getting my first marketing job, an internship with a company that was then called Dedicated Media. Since then, I've dabbled in affiliate marketing, working for startups and agencies. I think gaining experience in so many aspects of marketing has helped me grow immensely as a professional and allows me to find any number of creative solutions to otherwise difficult problems.
2022-2023
My first attempt at running arbitrage campaigns was a success. Initially brought on as a contractor paid on an hourly basis, I was able to learn this new part of the industry and was offered a salary after only 3 months. In addition, I was able to brush up on my native media buying skills, utilizing traffic sources like Taboola, Outbrain, and Twitter.
2021-2022
My first position with a traditional marketing agency. I got to work right away, discussing and implementing landing page optimizations on client calls just two days after being hired. I would eventually manage the front and back ends of seven accounts simultaneously before transitioning to a more CRO-focused back-end position. In addition to building and testing funnels, I helped organize our small marketing team and innovate our processes by introducing new programs and ideas.
2018-2021
Optimized company marketing efforts to increase ROI by 100% and improve user experiences, resulting in hundreds of thousands of net profits. Created new “angles” by identifying new target audiences for existing campaigns, thereby increasing our reach twofold. Systematically built and optimized a tech product campaign on Adwords to cut the existing CPA goal in half from $40 to $20 per transaction. Built out and managed Prime 8’s sole tracking platform to increase revenue and transparency with internal marketing efforts.
